Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using TaskingNow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using TaskingNow on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

The service

TaskingNow is a software-as-a-service platform that helps food businesses manage checklists, stations, team clock-in, corrective actions, and related food-safety workflows. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Standard, or Pro) and your organization role.

Accounts and responsibilities

• Keep login credentials and staff PINs confidential.
• Ensure team members you invite are authorized to access your organization's data.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of operational records entered in the app (temperatures, checklist completions, corrective actions, and similar content).
• Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor according to the pricing shown at signup or in Billing. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Organization owners manage billing for their account.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (checklists, photos, HACCP notes, and similar data). You grant TaskingNow a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use that content in TaskingNow.

Food safety disclaimer

TaskingNow is a workflow and recordkeeping tool. It does not replace professional food safety advice, regulatory inspections, or your obligation to follow applicable food hygiene laws and your own HACCP plan. You remain solely responsible for food safety compliance at your facilities.

Availability and changes

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features, plans, or these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email when practical. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaskingNow and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using TaskingNow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or create risk to the service or other users. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.
